At Huijun Dance, we want every customer to feel as radiant in our clothing as they imagined. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — our returns and refund policy is designed to be gentle, fair, and full of care.

We stand behind the quality and joy of our garments and believe in making things right when needed.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed)

  • Tags and packaging are intact

  • There is no damage caused after delivery

This helps us ensure all returns are hygienic and respectful to future customers.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A short explanation

  • Photos, if there’s any issue or defect

Our team will guide you through the return process, including where to send the item and what to expect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damage, etc.), we cover the return shipping.

  • If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, you cover the return cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll notify you by email when the refund has been processed.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or damaged garments

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, just ask — we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return the item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll process a cancellation and full refund immediately. If it has already shipped, you may return the item using the process above.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We’re truly sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery, including a photo and description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund without delay.
